All our Autoclaves are constructed from heavy gauge aluminium, guaranteeing durability and efficient performance. The Autoclave generates steam under pressure and operates at a temperature range of 120°C to 135°C, ensuring effective sterilization. Autoclave is made from a seamless aluminium base with a cast aluminium epoxy powder coated lid. This top-loading design, along with the locking of the lid by 6 nuts with a rubber gasket seal in between, ensures a bacteria-free environment and secure sterilization. The absence of metal-to-metal sealing further enhances the safety and effectiveness of the Autoclave. The Autoclave is designed for a sterilizing cycle of 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 121ºC only. This optimized cycle time ensures efficient sterilization while maintaining the integrity of the items being sterilized. The Autoclave features heat-resistant handles for safe and comfortable handling. It is also equipped with a steam release/control valve and a flexible metal exhaust tube, providing efficient control over the sterilization process.
