Prostate examination mainly relies on rectal touch, which is the most simple examination method for BPH and must be carried out.

1. Clear anatomical structure: prostate gland, glandula seminalis, rectum and anus;
2. Four prostate palpation modules: normal size as chestnuts, I degree of hyperplasia as egg, II degree of hyperplasia as ducks egg, III degree of hyperplasia as gooses egg;
3. Four rectal touch modules: normal rectum, rectum cancer
4. Cervical canal module;
5. Support enema operation
